The Black Life Experiential Research Project (BLERG) - a collaborative art project by Sharita Towne and Lisa K. Bates - produced a publication with the People’s African American Leadership Forum (PAALF). I contributed a piece about culture and place from my experience of living in Queens, NY to moving to Portland, Oregon.
